|CANCELLATION & CHANGES||Cancellations of a confirmed bookings more than 72 hours prior to pickup booking scheduled time, will result in 25% of the total booking price.Cancellations of a confirmed bookings more than 24 and less than 72 hours prior to pickup booking scheduled time, will result in 50% of the total booking price.Cancellations of a confirmed bookings less than 24 hours prior to pickup booking scheduled time , will result in 100% of the total booking price.Cancellations of a bookings with the return trip on the same voucher which one leg of the booking transfer already has been completed, will result in 100% of the total return booking price.Schedule changes for time only permitted at least 24 hours prior to booking pickup scheduled time. Any changes less than 24 hours prior to your booking pickup scheduled time is subject to availability and will incur $30.00 fee. All requests for modifications and cancellation must be directed by Email.|
|PICKUP, DELAY & WAITING TIME||FOR POINT TO POINT PICKUPS A delay and waiting surcharge of $1.00 per minute per car for the vans with 1 to 8 passengers, will apply to all late pickups case by passengers.A delay and waiting surcharge of $1.50 per minute per car for the minibuses with 9 to 21 passengers, will apply to all late pickups case by passengers.After 20 minutes of your requested pickup scheduled time, if passengers are not ready for pickup or calling us, we will consider you as ‘no-show’ and you will be charged in full for the reservation.|
PICKUP, DELAYS & WAITING TIME FOR AIRPORT & CRUISE PORT PICKUPS
Pickup for domestic flight arrival are 45 to 60 minutes after the flight arrival time.Pickup for international flight arrival are 60 to 90 minutes after the flight arrival time.A surcharge of $15.00 will apply to all pickups from domestic airport.A surcharge of $20.00 will apply to all pickups from international airport and ports.Passengers should note that we “WILL NOT” monitor any flights or cruise arrival time, as times can change last minute. With flight or cruise ship arrival on time, A surcharge of $15.00, will apply, if passengers are delayed for pickup at the meeting point.With late flights or cruise ships arrival (more than 30 minutes), you need to contact us immediately on 1300 302515, after arrival. Once we have received your call, subject to availability, we will provide you with a new pickup arrangements and time. A surcharge up to $50.00, will apply to all airport & cruise port late pickups and delays payable to driver before departure.
|BAGGAGE||Each passenger is allow 1 Check-In (between 7 and 30 kilograms) and 1 Carry-on baggage (between 1 to 7 kilograms). Passenger need to declare all their baggage over 7 kilograms. If baggage are not declare and we can not cater for undeclared baggage during the pickup, then passengers are responsible to arrange transportation for their undeclared baggage.A surcharge of $3.00 will apply to each undeclared or excess luggage payable to driver.Extra rate of $5.00 will apply to every over-size luggage over 30 kilograms or large items which are considered and payable to driver, the items need to be declare during the booking.|
|CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY||Customer Behaviour|
Drivers will have the right to refuse any passengers to board a vehicle, if he or she feels that the passengers are intoxicated, aggressive or danger to any other passengers or driver. If a passenger becomes aggressive during transportation, the driver may request that the offending person exit the vehicle or instantly terminate the service.
If City Maxi Cabs & Shuttle Services, deems there to be an excess of litter left in vehicle after transportation, City Maxi Cabs & Shuttle Services, reserves the right to charge up to a $100.00 fee for cleaning and removal of rubbish.
City Maxi Cabs & Shuttle Services, reserves the right to charge for a cleaning and waiting time fee of up to $400.00 for anyone who becomes ill inside a vehicle as a result of alcohol or food consumption.
Consumption of Alcohol & Food
City Maxi Cabs & Shuttle Services, reserves the right to prohibit the consumption of food and alcohol on any vehicle. If passengers are found to be consuming food or alcohol, City Maxi Cabs & Shuttle Services may charge a fee of up to $150.00. There may be additional charges for any liquid spills or stain removal.
|OUR RESPONSIBILITY||We reserves the right to cancel, change or share the transfer with other passengers or decline to accept any passenger at any time for any reason, without limitation.Every effort would be made to ensure that vehicles arrive on time. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay occurs which are beyond our control. We acknowledge by acceptance, that we and our agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for transportation, shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, machinery breakdown or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any other company or person providing services included in this transfer or any other causes beyond their control.We will take all reasonable steps to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable trip. We do not take responsibility for events that are beyond our control and accept no liability for passengers missing their flights, meetings or events. If a passenger is objectionable to other passengers or disturbing and causing discomfort, they will be asked to leave the service. If a passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or believed to be physically or mentally incapable of travelling they will not be permitted to use the service and we are not liable for cost incurred as a result of a passenger precluded to travel.|
